CHRO Board Meeting Hero

i4cp Chief HR Officer Board Meeting - Leadership and Team Effectiveness

At this meeting, the Board will focus on the following topics:

  • The Team Network Effect – i4cp SVP of Research Rob Cross and Sr. Research Analyst Katheryn Brekken will review i4cp’s latest research on what makes for high-performing teams, including:
    • The implications on leadership (e.g., skills) and what matters most to establishing trust within a team.
    • The relational aspects between successful and unsuccessful teams.

We will follow this session with breakout discussion groups, including share backs and Q&A. This is a timely issue and one of our top priorities for the year. Implementation tools related to the study can be found at: https://www.i4cp.com/c/team-tools

  • The People-Productivity Chain – i4cp Chief Research Officer Kevin Martin and Sr. Research Analyst Mollie Lombardi will provide an overview of i4cp’s 5 Domains of High-Performance Organizations framework (Strategy, Market, Culture, Leadership, and Talent). This important framework helps ensure HR and business alignment and has recently been adapted so that it’s now situational, making it easy for any HR or business leader to ask critical questions to help ensure the people side of the business is able to best support the strategic intent of the business (e.g., an acquisition, adopting of AI, hybrid work decisions, etc.).

Additionally, we will again attempt to secure a date for our fall in-person meeting, as well as conduct a call for Board members to serve on a “Research Advisory Council” for a soon-to-be launched i4cp study.

The Chief HR Officer Board is reserved exclusively for the senior-most HR executive in organizations. It is designed to serve as a true Board of Directors for the function and ensure its members are in the driver seat of organizational innovation.

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Chief Human Resources Officer Board. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
